Peppermint Bark
1 package Wilton White Candy Melts
1/2 t. Wilton Pure Peppermint Extract
1 container Wilton Peppermint Crunch Sprinkles
Coconut oil spray (optional)
Directions:
- Prepare cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray coconut oil to coat.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat candy melts according to packaged directions until smooth and completely melted.
- Add in peppermint extract.
- Pour candy mixture onto aluminum foil and pour the peppermint sprinkles to cover surface. Let chill for 25-30 minutes or until completely hardened. Crack or cut. Enjoy!
